The Audit Committee provides independent review and oversight of the City of Laguna Woods’ financial reporting processes, internal controls, and independent auditors.
The Audit Committee meets regularly on the second Wednesdays of February, June, and November at 2 p.m. Additional meetings including, but not limited to, special meetings, may be called by the Chair or all members of the Audit Committee.
